Our membership is broad-based and multidisciplinary and incorporates land owners, property developers, industry, consultants, scientists, contractors, regulatory agency staff, government, the legal profession, laboratory staff, financiers, researchers and academics.
ALGA has developed a network of branches in each state and territory, an information network and member services. We have developing linkages with like international associations and other Australian organisations such as the Cooperative Research Centre for the Contamination and Remediation of the Environment (CRC CARE) and the Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA).
We expect that ALGA will be influential in advancing the contaminated land and groundwater industry and will be recognised and consulted by government as the peak body in this field. It is an ideal time to get in on the ground floor as a member of this expanding and energetic organisation.
